Applied for I-131 Re-entry permit shortly after arriving. Got secondary for not living in the US in subsequent re-entry

Lucky but that can change in a flash. Flirting with CBP problems? Yep .. getting closer every time he tries to enter . It would  be v difficult to see how he could substantiate his US residency with that history .
