Hello,

I am currently filling the I-134 and my fiance is filling her DS-160. We have a newborn who is born in Brazil and has his passports approved at the US consulate but have no received the passport due to recent floods in the Porto Alegre.

Questions:

  1. Should our son be listed as a dependent under her DS-160 and in i-134 beneficiary's income's "Total Number of Dependents" section? I am putting no income or asset for her.
  2. Or should our son be list as a dependent under my "petitioners" income?
  3. Under Part 3 of I-134 Assets, do I have to list every asset such as 401k, taxable accounts, online high yield accounts and etc, or is my employer income information is enough? My employer income is higher than the US poverty income limit.
  4.

Thanks in advance!

Jon
