I purchased pictures before I read that people just passed them to paper. Then explained everything and printed that. I thought it had to be real photos. Since I bought them already how shpuld I add a description.

Or not bother and put them on word docu.ents?

The first day we met we were just talking and didn't take any picture. I had a receipt from Starbucks in her country but they put the wring date on it. Should I still mention it or only mention places I have proof of. We're I have pictures of.

just do this. It’s easier for them to scan and it’s easier for you to add descriptions.

I would focus on other pictures and proof with correct dates.

USCIS Says do not use staples

https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/tips-for-filing-forms-by-mail#:~:text=You may submit your forms, the status of its delivery.

Do not use heavy-duty staples. Instead, use fasteners or heavy clips to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated. Note: this is only applicable when submitting filings at a USCIS lockbox location. We recommend that you do not use fasteners, hole punch, staple, paper clip, binder clip, or otherwise attach documents to one another when filing directly with a USCIS service center or the Asylum Vetting Center as that may cause delays in scanning the documents into the electronic database systems

For evidence I have the ring receipts, dress receipt, and a restaurant receipt. Can I write on these documents like this is my ring, this is her, and then on restaurant receipt can I write this where we ate,  etc.

On her ring I have my name and not my address my uncles address he lives in the same country as her. Is that fine. then my ring has her name and address. No dress on the dress.

The title of your post says "no sticky notes are allowed".  This is incorrect.  You can absolutely assist with filing your documentation with sticky tabs, which you place along the bottom of the pages.  See here from USCIS:

image.png.f1b3235550119f5a31e000857c7bec5e.png

More importantly, all the evidence you submit (this does not include your new passport photos) should be copied onto letter sized pages.  See here from USCIS:

image.png.08f90ff95e4bf42bca5bddd9c9bedd01.png

I would advise you read the Tips for Filing Forms by Mail page from the USCIS website carefully.  Whatever evidence you elect to use, should be in the provided format.

I am not sure how buying a dress strengthens your case for being in a bona fide relationship, by the way.  If it is a wedding dress, don't.  Any evidence that crosses the line from showing love and affection for one another into "maybe they're already married" may harm you more than help you.  The only receipt included in our evidence was the very first Christmas gift he got me, which was four years ago.  More importantly, they want to see pictures together, and travel records.  Try to strengthen your case for loving this person on more than shop and restaurant receipts.

Sounds to me like you're thinking of using purchases associated with a marriage to evidence an engagement.

Kinda risky to do so as any implication that you are already married voids the fiancé petition.

The dress is just show proof of the engagement its not a wedding dress. I might skip this then and just include the engagement ring receipts. Also the restaurant receipt is to show proof that as written on that day we did visit that place. also have a pic outside the restaurant. so two proofs. Ok sticky notes and sticky tabs are different. sticky notes like a post it notes.

When you have a engament the girl buys a dress that she wears and i buy something as well. then you both buy rings. then you have photos all part of a engagement and reciepts that you bought rings, bought a dress, and i bought my outfit its all proof that the event happened.

Also i stated i met at x place and ate at x place. Therfore having a reciept from the restaurant and a pic from the place provides two proofs that the happened.

lastly I want to know if we could write on the receipts to explain them that i s my ring, this is my itinery, and this is her ring.

also will it matter if my ring has not my adress but my uncles adress on it?

My second question in intent to marry it states I (my name) do hereby state that Iam legally able and willing to marry (thier name) and intend to do so in 90 days of her arrival into the US using the K1. visa.

is that correct? do i have to outline Iam the petitioner? Also is the last sentence right using k1 visa.

Also know I asked before but still no answer if I can write on the proffs i have. Like can I write on the engagemnet receipt's that this is mine this is hers. And the adress on the ring that i used was my uncles wll they question this? like why do you have this adress in another country on the reciept with your name?

This is all the stuff that is holding me back from finishing.

USCIS doesn't ask for originals of any documents in the I-129F application, so don't send your originals.  Just make a copy of the receipts onto an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper and then type or write your notes and explanations on the sheet of paper.  You could also put two related receipts onto one sheet this way.  This will be much easier for anyone handling the case, and reduce the risk of things getting lost, and you will retain the original receipts.  They can always ask to see originals later if they really want to.

exchanging rings and wearing special clothes will prompt a denial as its going to look like "too married for K1 visa"   happens to many so just submit copies of your boarding pass to show the trip,  a few photos of u and her and u with her familly,  your letters of intent to marry, and the other documents needed for the petition

Do u want it to appear as engagement or wedding

Too many have shown engagement party with clothes and rings that represent a wedding to CO at interview

Exchanging rings is as follows   normally a marriage.

The exchange of wedding rings represents the commitment and love shared between two individuals who are building a life together. It is a symbol of the bond between them and serves as a constant reminder of their vows to one another.May 14, 2023
