Hi everyone! I need your advice and opinion about situation we are experiencing.

i brought my parents , they got their stamps at the port of entry.

my mothers green card has arrived ten days ago but my father’s has not.

i checked case status trying to find out the tracking number for the card or get any information but it showed only old action on their case ( you case was sent to NVC etc)

I called the talked to the lovely machine to their link to the same what I did and that was all help I got.

can I possibly talk to tier 1 or 2 about the card? How you dealt with it you were in my situation?

any advice is highly appreciated!

Sounds like you're using the wrong case number - you need to use the receipt number from when the green card fee was paid (will start with IOE). It'll be on the email receipt.

Edit: also sounds like you're using CEAC, but you need to use the USCIS case status site - https://egov.uscis.gov Put the receipt number in there and it should tell you what's happening with the GC.

I did use his IOE number plus I used USCIS site. That is why I am very confused about it and got stuck

If you applied for his I-130 online he'll have two IOE numbers, but you need to use the one from his green card fee payment. Sounds like you're using the one from his I-130 which is why it's telling you the case has been sent to NVC

If you enter the one from his green card payment receipt you'll get a status that says something like 'card was sent for production' or 'card was mailed' etc, so it will tell you what's going on with it.

Not sure how long ago you paid the fee and/or they entered the US, but it can also take up to 90 days to receive the card after that.

Good luck.
