Document was returned to USCIS? Previous status was "we received your response for form I-129f", why did I get this?

No one that replied in this post read my message including this one lol :(

I read your post. This is 2nd time it happened, On April 30 mail was not delivered to you as well. Chances are it is same mail now bouncing back and forth. You might want to check with your Post Office just in case. Or USCIS made a mistake and send that one to a wrong address, now it is bouncing.

April 26th the sent an RFE (I had one as well in April - so i went through this)
May 14th it looks like they received your response.
Did you get a response and reply to it?

The post on April 30th looks like it bounced back to them from the post office which would indicate you did not receive the RFE letter

You can call them (right when they open you will have luck) to get clarity, make sure they have an accurate address in their computer and that they do not need further information from you.
If you do not have any luck with calling them, you can call your representative they can make an inquiry for you and that can be of help.

The address is accurate, I verified. Also they did not respond to my rfe, it would be in that screenshot, wouldn't it?

My main issue is, will they continue to work on the case, or is it now waiting my action/response? Thoughts?

The first time it happened, for some reason it was sent back, I requested a pdf and got that, they sent me a confirmation letter in the mail, which I received..lol ... but I responded to the RFE , which you can see in the screenshot, but now they have this random mystery returned letter to them.

The may 14th statement looks like they received your RFE they do not provide any response to this until they are done looking at the response.
You will only get three things from USCIS - Approved, Denied, or RFE.
You will not get any adequate updates to explain where you are in the case.

They will continue to work on it, however the messages are suspiciously sounding like they are trying to send you something and it is failing.
Call them as soon as the open in the morning and confirm with them that everything is ok

I went through this with my original NOA1. The same letter kept getting bounced back and forth and we never did get it (we had 4 document returned statuses during the process!!!).

Our case got approved with no issues despite being on that status.

A document returned status has nothing to do with your case being 'actively reviewed' or 'being put on hold'. I know this caused me a lot of anxiety but rest assured your case is getting looked at. A returned mail isn't an issue unless for some reason the NOA2 can't be sent to you and keeps getting returned (and that's only because you need it for the rest of the process.) We actually ended up getting two copies of the NOA2 sent to us simultaneously (we think the officer saw we were having some issues and did it out of goodwill)

Hope that helps, I really don't know how this thread has had so many replies that have nothing to do with what you were asking and I am sorry that's probably confused you further.

Thank you so much, yes this is stress relieving to hear this.
