We just received this RFE today, idk what should we do. I'm thinking maybe he fill out the form I-864 incomplete or wrong? Or maybe because we only submit W2 year 2022 and 2023 we didn't submit 2021

Base on the letter I've posted, I'm not sure what we should supposed to respond to USCIS do you think we need to have joint sponsor?But the letter also says maybe just fill out wrong the I-684 or there are some evidence we need to comply

It's quite simple really. He makes enough or above the required amounts for your household size (form is I-864p that will tell you the numbers)? Yes?
If your spouse hasn't already done this, he needs to do it: 

1. download most recent tax return from irs.gov - tax transcript

2. get his W-2

3. complete the I-864 form and sign it when needed

4. If he works for an employer, he should get a letter verifying his annual salary - or he can provide several of most recent paystubs

5. IMPORTANT - if he's a USC, he can provide copy of his passport or his BC, or his DL - will also show he's residing in the US.

You didn’t answer my question. I asked what you have submitted with your I-864 before you received the RFE.
