Get out NOW.  It sounds like you have serious relationship issues. I would not even consider marrying her at this point.  No purpose in lying about this...

To be fair, he did say he's not interested in doing a fiance visa.

But it begs to ask why we're even discussing this in the K1 forums in the first place.   Dude sounds like he's getting played and to some degree is aware of it, so maybe he should follow his gut and let her figure out her own plans to tour the US.  He's not needed for this decision at all.

Its the only way . Its a tourist visa she has to show proof of return or its auto denial . She was still denied regardless of tickets . All im trying to find out is embassy in Kiev open for Tourist visas or not . That page showed closed . But her “appointment “ she said was scheduled for August 2nd in kiev - not Warsaw . Trying again for tourist visa because this time she isn’t mentioning my name at ALL and buying flights through her mothers bank account not mine . Again absolutely NOT wanting to get engaged to another foreign woman just yet so thats not an option im considering at all at this time .

You think the consulate people are stupid, right?

Her ship has sailed on obtaining a tourist visa I believe for now. Can she show strong ties? If she keeps buying plane tickets I am sure she is trying. Not mentioning you at this point is even going to put her into an even bigger hole especially when they ask her what is she planning to do/who is she visiting and she is going to lie about it....

You can ask her to forward you the embassy appt confirmation page she has. (There must be an email/confirmation page you have to take with you to the interview)

I am really trying to see what is the scam here beside you sending money and she not buying the plane tickets/paying for the interview, but looks like she did have tickets/went to interview.

For tourist visa to visit ? They want proof of return. And she has Ukrainian citizenship though she is half Russian . Of course they are worried about her never returning if she doesnt have flights back home .

LOL…..tickets are in no way “proof” of return.   You have some very strange ideas.

Did she tell you that she needed to provide a return ticket at interview? Did she tell you that she was denied and told to apply for a K1?

Has she provided any form of written evidence of this or are you just continuing to throw money at her when she asks for it?

My guess is that her mother will have some kind of money issues next, meaning that she can't pay for the new flights and you'll have to dig deeper into your pockets.

Cut your losses.

No evidence whatso ever . Ive paid for 2 rounds of interviews for both her and daughter who wasnt even coming/ but in case she wanted to come later . Flights , bus tickets . All of this since October.  And we spent a few weeks together in Poland . She gets irate if i ask for proof comparing her to my <DELETED> ex who was absolute scammer typical <DELETED> gold digger . Yeah … your right but easier said than done 🤷‍♂️

Straight form the horse’s mouth (in this case Department of State) under tourist visas:

  • There is no guarantee you will be issued a visa. Do not make final travel plans or buy tickets until you have a visa.

If she qualifies U4U seems more practical but the case sounds more like RUN.

It can take a lot longer to get a B than U4U not that this is appropriate in this case.

Agree dates which are convenient to you, ask her to send her Airline reservation when available and the rest is up to her.

Shes just my gf and she’s Ukrainian. But she aint that anymore once i catch her in all these lies . Well half russian half Ukrainian.  I wonder if it’s possible to see how long kyiv embassy has been closed because she allegedly got the “interview “ in April for August 2nd.

On 23 February 2022, the embassy was evacuated for what were described as safety reasons. The day after, Russia launched its invasion of Ukraine, prompting Ukraine to sever all formal diplomatic relations with Russia. On 20 April 2023 the Kyiv City Council terminated (the Russian) lease contract of the building.
