Timeline

Fiancé arrived on 2/19/24. We got married and about to file I-485 and require the I-94.

 

I looked it up and the most recent I-94 was not found. With her former passport, I can see her I-94 from 2020 and from her first passport, I can see her I-94 from 2022. This was bizarre to us.

 

 

I called the CBP and they told me to email them with all the information required. It's been six weeks with no response. I'm completely at a lost now on what to do.

 

I'm even okay to visit the airport at this point and get this solved directly if required.

 

Anyone deal with a similar situation and any recommendations on how to solve this conundrum?
