We would like to know if you can tell us the cheapest way to get a package(Balikbayan box) to the Philippines? If you know a company around dallas area please let us know. I would appreciate if you can help us with this. Thank you in advance.

I dont live in Dallas, but here in Florida there are a few companies, the one we use is located in Va. they pick up at there agents every two weeks, the cost is $95 for Manila and $110 for other areas.

The agents can be anyone who wants to do it, as a part time job. Most of the Philipino stores around here have them or know of who does them.

So my suggestion is to find a Philipino store in your area where you will live and ask them.

Also there is no weight limit on them (the box) and it takes us about 2 months for it to reach Butuan city.

The box you buy from them or have your own but they must meet the size limits. We just buy the box, and that is factored into the cost. If you have your own box it is only $5 or $10 off the price.

And so far we have not had any problems with sending the boxes there.
