its F2a according to past post

Blue means additional documentation needed   What did they ask for?

Blue form A blue form indicates that additional supporting documentation is required. Once the applicant submits the necessary documents, a visa officer will review the form and decide whether your visa application is approved or denied.Jun 30, 2023

Can you have any thoughts about my question

Not unless you can give us the info asked for above - visa type (F2A?), consulate (Naples as you've now put Italy on your profile?) and what exactly you've been asked to provide.

If you've been given something saying the visa is approved, why do you think there is a problem?

Can you upload a copy of the letter? Obviously block out any identifying info.
