Civil Documents final check before submitting

Hi all, just doing a final review of all the Civil Documents I uploaded on the CEAC website for my wife's IR-1 case at the NVC stage for the Philippines. I just want to double check that I'm not missing anything before I submit it. So far I have:

1). Passport Biographic Page

2). Visa Photographs (2)

3). Birth Certificate

4). Marriage Certificate

5). Police Certificate (NBI)

6). Petitioner's Marriage Termination Documentation (Final Legal Divorce Decree)

Anything I'm missing before I finish it? Next I start on Financial Documents. Thank you so much!

I don't see anything missing, but the list depends on the circumstances.  Are they the correct passport style photos?  Is it the PSA marriage Certificate?  Is your divorce decree a scan of a Certified Copy of the decree?  Specifics matter.  When you choose your terms instead of using the specific standard ones, the door opens to potential mistakes.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Yup, I have everything you said. The divorce decree was actually used during my daughter's CRBA a few years ago. Thank you for the help.

PSA Advisory on Marriages or CENOMAR.  NVC will probably documentarily qualify without it if you don't have one yet, but the embassy will definitely want it uploaded to CEAC before the interview.

Correct, but if the marriage took place in the Philippines or was later registered there, the certificate will document this marriage as the only marriage, not certify the applicant has NO marriage.  Sometimes referred to as a CEMAR, not a CENOMAR.

I meant a PSA Advisory on Marriages OR CENOMAR.  The applicant orders a CENOMAR from PSA.  If PSA, correctly or incorrectly, has the applicant recorded as married they they will receive an Advisory on Marriages.  If PSA, correctly or incorrectly, has the applicant recorded as single they will receive a CENOMAR.  The embassy understands there may be numerous reasons PSA may have the incorrect status recorded but none the less wants to see whichever document the applicant actually receives from PSA.  Be it an Advisory on Marriages or CENOMAR.

I avoid using the common expression CEMAR to refer to an Advisory on Marriages since although it is widely used, I have never seen PSA or the embassy use that term in any kind of official reference.  Sometimes it causes confusion.

I'm sure it does cause confusion.
