Hello guys,

I refilled the adjustment status April 2nd after it was sent back to correct an error which we did but now we just got a message from our bank that the transactions from USCIS was declined..

the last time i Had to redo the medicals, would you advise i take it again?

And also my visa expired is this a problem?

also do i wait for the notice of action (rejection) or submit immediately without the sealed medical document?

thank you

If you are out of status, you can be theoretically detained by ICE. But in reality, if you refile AOS you'll most likely be OK.

Oh ok.. still waiting for the notice of action.

do you think it will be wise to resend the same documents already marked with the check payment option this time..

Wait for packet to be returned to you and resubmit with correct payment.

Concur.  I would pay with a check.
