The National Visa Center (NVC) can transfer your case to another processing post if you the applicant provides a written request and proof of eligibility. The proof of eligibility can include citizenship, legal residency, or other documentation. The request can be made at https://nvc.state.gov/inquiry

Has the case already been sent to AIT (American Institute in Taiwan)? or is it still at NVC?

if the case was already sent from NVC to the wrong consulate, you must contact the CORRRECT consulate and ask them to initiate a transfer.  You can also contact the incorrect consulate and inform them.

Thank you Nashmusah, we already did yesterday, the case is still for pick up from DHL.

How long does it take for them to reply yo such a inquery?

we were just ntified that it got to tawian.

WHAT TO DO .

Our case was created on May 8 and now showing up as “ready” at the Taiwan consulate since May 23.

The correct embassy is TIA instead of TAI (Tirana instead of Taiwan).

What are we supposed to do?!!!!

I did contact the right Embassy in Tirana, they said to contact the NVC.

We informed the NVC and Taiwan embassy as well.

We are so worried, you have any idea how this has solved out from previous cases?!
