cr1 visa without sealed package

hello

I picked up my passport yesterday with visa on it after a long wait, 

but then when I checked the package I didn't find any sealed package with my paper and he returned all my papers, 

I've done some homework and I found they could send it through email, but they give you annotation and I don't have any annotation in my visa

please help

it’s mostly done electronically now, as you say. 
 

check at the bottom just to the right of your photo. Can you see it say “IV DOCS IN CCD”?

 

That means the docs have been sent electronically.

I can't see it there is no w ( IV DOCS IN CCD), in my visa, this what made me concerned
