Questions about Form N-400 Filing

I would really help if someone can help me with the following questions in the form.

1. After providing your current physical and mailing address, there is a new section that asks where you lived in the past, but there is a note there that states “only list location where you are currently living …” Does this means that general people don’t have to put there current address?

2. I don’t remember if I had USCIS account, and couldn’t seem to find any information. Does it matter if I have the USCIS account and I select the option of not having or knowing USCIS Online Account Number.

3. I got a speeding ticket in 2021 for which I do not have any paperwork, All I remember is that I had to pay 190$ fine after judge said do you accept this fine or want to fight it and I accepted it. I answered Yes to this question

“Have you EVER been arrested, cited, detained, or confined by any law enforcement officer, military official (in the U.S. or elsewhere), or immigration official for any reason, or been charged with a crime or offense, or notified that you were being investigated for a crime?”

Then I went ahead and added a crime/offense in history. Is this sufficient, do I need to provide any further details here? Do I need to get any documents from court to take for my interview.

4. Last but not the least, I got GC through my employer and have lived in USA for 5 years as PR. I need to select general provision here, correct?

1. Read the bullets under the section you underlined, that instruction only applies to two specific situations.  In your case provide your 5 year history of addresses including your current one.

2. Since you got your GC through your employer, I doubt you have an OAN.  To check, look at the NOA you received for your AOS and see if it starts with IOE.

3.  Unless a traffic incident involved alcohol, you were arrested, or you seriously injured someone you do not need to submit documentation.  This is from the N400 instructions page 20.  The IO may ask you about it at the interview so you can explain the situation there.

4.  Yes, general provision.

Good Luck!

Thank you so much for your answer.

There is one more confusion I have if you can answer. There is this question, the wording of which is confusing.

I have not had any of these things ever, my profile is completely clear, should I answer yes or no? Basically my answer to it is N/A but that is not an option.

If you received a suspended sentence, were placed on probation, or were paroled, have you completed your suspended sentence, probation, or parole?

We will not approve a naturalization application while you are on probation, on parole, or under a suspended sentence.

Yes, that wording is very poor for this question there should be an "N/A" option since the question contains two questions really with an "If" condition.  I believe you should answer "Yes" to move on in the form (I don't think you can leave it blank and move on with the online form), and you can explain it to the IO at the interview.  Here is another thread asking the same question, you may PM them to see what they ended up doing.

Good Luck!
