Filling out the DS-260 family information we are not sure if we should mark these questions yes or no:

Is this child immigrating to the U.S. with you?

Is this child immigrating to the U.S. at a later date to join you?

Both our children are US citizens with CRBA and US passports. I assume the answer is no since they aren't "immigrating" but we don't want to make a mistake here.

The answering should be yes, the question might be trying to know whether you are traveling together and if so that might be the answer. Unless you both are not traveling together.

The correct answers are NO.  US citizens do not immigrate to the US.

Seconding.  US Citizens never "immigrate" to the USA.  The answer is no.
