I-130 approved and DS-260 submitted, some questions on the next steps

Last week my I-130 was approved for my spouse/beneficiary (i did a direct consular filing) and I was sent a case number and a link to complete the DS-260, which I completed.

Based on the US Embassy in Tokyo's steps.. it seems like I just need to prepare some paperwork then schedule a final interview. But some of it is not clear, but to my best understanding it is

  1. Complete the DS-260, get the confirmation PDF

  2. Get a sealed police report and bring it with me to the interview? or should mail it in first?

  3. Request an interview

  4. Once an interview request is granted, I receive a letter to do the health inspection

  5. do the actual interview

is this correct?

Follow the exact instructions the Immigrant visa unit in Tokyo gives you.  It will be Tokyo specific.
