Global Entry/CBP one and Asylum

Now what was I doing as mentioned there is much more to this than mentioned and no doubt the reason most are refused.

Yes she did a police report, she contacted the them when she needed to go to her house to pick up a few things because she was afraid to go by herself. The police arrived late and the criminals were waiting for her there and they locked her up and her daughter I'm a room. When the police arrived, the criminals escaped in front of the officers and they didn't do anything. Days after that, she was threatened more and was told she needs to remove the charges or her or her family will suffer the consequences or get killed.

This story sounds very familiar. Did you try an expedite for someone a few years ago using this situation?

I remember an identical situation a few years back.  I believe the victim was a teacher.

U mix Asylum / CBP app with global entry. Global entry program is DHS program and you need to be eligible to even apply. Many American can’t even get global entry due to their past let alone non American who’s present it’s not even in the states right now.  
 

To be able to receive global entry, a person need to do interview in person inside US. How she’s gonna do that if she’s not even in the US? Let say she’s in the US, how she be eligible to apply for global entry? And why she need global entry if she’s inside the US? A person need to be in status to apply for global entry. Asylum seeker with pending status is not eligible. Pending = limbo.

The only reason Global Entry would make any sense is if she had it, which seems unlikely
