My Timeline question

I was just checking on "my timeline" and based on the information I have entered already it says:

"Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated as early as February 4, 2008*. " Does this mean when approximately it will be completed (then will have to wait for an interview)? This date seems to change every time I look at it.

I actually have wondered the same thing, I don;t mind so much when it shows a shorter time but when it gets longer ... WOW. I am not sure if that is total time or the time to clear CSC.

It says your I129F may be adjudicated as soon as XX XX X. The means just your I-129F, I believe. I believe this because underneath, it says "If this date has passed by more than 10 days or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition." So basically they are saying if your I-129F etc. is not processed by the date above it is out of the current expected tiemline and you should get ahold of them and find out what is the hold up.

I was wondering the same as you when I first read that.

Yes, it's the initial petition, not the visa.
