Please let me know if the temporary work permit is included when i get k1 visa or will we have to make a separate request.

I assume ,in case it is included, the validity will be 90 days..

From my understanding it is not. If you want to be able to work your POE needs to be JFK. I've read other posts that say they will stamp the visa with a temporary work permit.

True that but the temporary stamp is only good for the duration of the I-94 which is 90 days. During that time is when the marriage is to have taken place and hopefully the couple has filed AOS/EAD and AP if desired. The EAD will allow one to work until the AOS is processed, approved and green card in hand.
