Again, you MUST tell the truth. This isn't a choice, you can't just put what you think is less likely to lead to a denial. So you give her name now, and her previous name, because that is what is asked for. 

 

It's very unlikely to lead to a denial anyway, but what would you rather risk - telling the truth and getting a denial but being able to try again in the future, or lying and then being banned for misrepresentation??

I guess ur right. Giving her maiden name wont be a big issue now if i haven't given it earlier

Why do you keep talking about your application from over 10 years ago? Just forget about it, it has nothing whatsoever to do with the present day. Fill out the form answering the questions to the best of your knowledge. Done. Very simple.

Thank you for all your suggestions and comments so finally if i m gonna enter my wife's maiden name in the other names column which i missdd out ten years ago and i have the proper employment join date also, just hope i dont get a refusal
