Exactly, you're going to wait no matter what.

I have said a few times on this forum, if I had done my research a year ago I would've picked the spouse visa.  I'm too far along now to really change that.  The upcoming costs are not something I look forward to, for the privilege of living with my spouse immediately after the wedding.

The more I read the more I am aware of the difference but I believe the cost difference with the money is around $1000. I also understand the paperwork process to remove the condition and the traveling restriction with the two-year green card.
Did you look into the cost difference?

There doesn't need to be any formal event or even a ring.  Declarations of intent are what are required for the petition, and explain what the nature of your relationship is (engaged to be married).  If you two have both decided to file the 129F, congrats, you're engaged. :D

Does USCIS accept the fiance contract or do they think it is a marriage contract? I mean is it ok to submit a finance contract with the evidence or it is unnecessary? Thanks :)

What's a fiance contract?

Being engaged isn't a legal status in the US.

“Fiance contract” is not a thing in the United States.

My apologies, I meant the engagement contract. As we have it in my country.

Again, not even slightly relevant to a K-1 fiancee visa or the I-129F petition.

That's why, I asked. Should I involve it as a piece of evidence or not?

Not needed.  Intent to marry is best demonstrated by signed statements (by each party) of such.
