Can someone help me what is this MEAN? After they sent this they sent RFE.

This letter simply means that since you are now a U.S. citizen, they took you off the queue and approved your I130 petition. You are now at the National visa center stage, follow the instructions on this email they sent and also respond to the RFE and wait for further instructions from them, the email itself is self explanatory so do not panic, you are in the right direction and congratulations on becoming a citizen.

Thank you for your response. In my case history it doesn't say case approved. Only they sent RFE and RFE receive and case actively review for 2nd time after it upgrade f2a to ir1. Im confused. They didn't send physical mail the notice of action 797 or approval notice . Its been 9 days today since they sent AR2.

Hello.. Is this approval for Upgrade or approval for my case?

Case status site is not always up to date. Your I130 has been approved c and the application is now with the NVC for processing. You will get an email from the NVC soon.

After we received this letter the next Day they sent RFE notice after 5 days we submit it and the next day it says they received it and the next day it says case is being actively review.
