Hello,

I must renew my green card soon and don't know the answer to Part 3.2 – Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status.

I filled my application with the Texas Servicing Center but when I received I-797 approval notice and on my green card, the return address on both documents was from Lee's Summit, MO. However, the back of green card says SRC, which is Texas Service Center. I am confused which location to use.

SRC. The application processing center not the card production location
