I need URGENT help with my U.S Passport application

It has option for unknown but I just know fathers’s year of birth. 

Then put Unknown as you don't know their complete date of birth.

‘Unknown’ is an option for form filler. 
 

I am using the online form filler. Will this delay my processing?

If I put unknown then I can’t even put my father’s name on it.

I know my deceased father’s full name and only year of birth. I know where he was born but never had a passport of that country instead he has a Pakistan Passport which only states year of birth and he was not a U.S Citizen. Only my mother is a U.S Citizen.

The mother doesn't your father's DOB?

No. I mean she can guess but what if it is not accurate?

If your mother can guess at least month, just go with day 1 of that month and say  (on/about - o/a). Your father is deceased, doubt they'll check.

Form filler asks for entire DOB. She thinks it’s March but we don’t know the date and it won’t let me proceed unless I check the Unknown and then it wipes out all my father’s info.

 

Only thing I can do is leave the DOB blank and submit it with name, place of birth and citizenship status. Not sure if the passport acceptance agent can put year in there.

My lawyer said to print the form out and hand write it so I have control over the DOB.

No information was needed to enter in the N-400 because father is not a  US citizen. I will go with 1933 only.

Lawyer said to leave DOB blank for father. Ask the acceptance agent if I can write unknown on it. Thoughts?
