Looks like a mini Kremlin or St. Mark's Square.

St. Marks' Square :thumbs: They do actually have the Kremlin, as well as monuments from almost every other country! Behind where I was standing for that shot, on the same lake, is the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, and the Little Mermaid statue in Denmark is out of the picture to the left. I had no idea that Paris, Venice, Copenhagen, and Sydney were so close to each other :P
