I couldn't see anything in GE at that distance and direction from Ararat that looked like that building....

You have to search the little blue dots near Odessa. The distance is very accurate. From the peak of Ararat to this site is 830.76 miles give or take a few feet.

Hmmm.....I drew a line from the center of the peak to Odessa, exactly 830.76 miles long. No blue dots near the endpoint. I checked a lot of blue dots short of the end point near Odessa, but didn't find anything remotely like that building....

There are a couple of different angles of the same building. Difficult but not impossible to photoshop. The foundation certainly looks real enough. Very odd.
