I'm new here, but I want to play...

The statued man is wearing a fez and the building in front of him has a sign in Arabic...therefore it must be North Africa. That plus the traffic makes me think Egypt...

The statue is "Talaat Harb...the founder of the Egyptian National Bank," and I'm thinking the building in front of him is the bank. :blush:

And just for the record, though I do live in Egypt, I've never been to this place. I live out in the country. So I'm not cheating! I had to google just like everyone else!
