Hi everyone,

I am a Filipino citizen, and my wife has been working in the US for almost 8 years. She sponsored me for an F2A family visa, with my priority date being November 23, 2021. Recently, the Visa Bulletin (VB) status has become stable, showing very consistent increments. The latest VB, released yesterday, was for November 15, 2021. Unfortunately, I wasn't included this time, but that's okay. I'm hopeful that my Priority Date (PD) will be included in next month's VB (June 2024).

My question is, if my PD were to be included in next month's VB, how long would it typically take to receive a notification to schedule an interview at the Philippine embassy? I apologize for my eagerness; although I know it's not current yet, I'm just trying to get an idea of the waiting time. I'm considering taking up employment but am hesitant due to this pending situation.

thanks,
