AoS or CR1/IR1 visa?

At the POE, they asked what's the purpose of my visit? and my response was that I am visiting my boyfriend, they also asked for how long I am gonna stay, and I said "for a month". (I had taken a vacation from work for 1 month). Now, in case we do AoS, would my responses at the POE be considered a lie, or give them an assumption of a fraud or lie??? I mean back then when I was visiting and was asked those questions at the airport, I was planning to just visit him and come back right after my vacation.

Everything is possible, if you get a picky adjudicator and they put effort into research. Do you have evidence to suggest you only came for a month? Such as copy of email / other communication with employer about taking a vacation for a month, return flights, other appointments and obligations back home?
