Can't do K-1 for your spouse (as it's for fiancee/fiance) and K-3 won't be issued as they stopped doing that long time ago. Stick with I-130 process.

That person in Pakistan is not a spouse yet. Just planing for engagement there. And once and enter US, we will plan to get married here as I have most of family here

It’s faster. I recommended IR-1 too.

all of my questions are for friends

K-1 and CR-1 take about the same time to get visa. K-1 will require additional year or so to receive GC. With CR-1 the immigrant becomes LPR faster.

Ask Pakistan Qs in the Pakistan portal where you will find Pakistanis?

Not sure the need to specify though.

What's the difference?

Are you a male of young age wanting to marry an extremely older USC woman?

Same sex?

What's the difference or even What's the QUESTION?

What are you going to ask them that you cant ask anyone else with experience in the K1 FIANCE Visa process?

K3 is dead. Either k1 or spouse visa.

No harm in applying for K3 since there is no fee.  There is a greater than zero probability that it helps.
