That person in Pakistan is not a spouse yet. Just planing for engagement there. And once and enter US, we will plan to get married here as I have most of family here 

 

I thought I read only k-3 are still valid?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Ask Pakistan Qs in the Pakistan portal where you will find Pakistanis?

 

Not sure the need to specify though. 

What's the difference? 

Are you a male of young age wanting to marry an extremely older USC woman?

Same sex?

 

What's the difference or even What's the QUESTION? 

What are you going to ask them that you cant ask anyone else with experience in the K1 FIANCE Visa process?

No harm in applying for K3 since there is no fee.  There is a greater than zero probability that it helps.
