Hello everyone,

my case was approved on 2/5.

i have been trying to transfer my k1 visa case from auckland new zealand to guangzhou china for the past 2 months.

guangzhou has already accepted the transfer request but auckland still hasn’t sent it. I have tried calling auckland consulate many many times and they always respond that they will escalate my case and get back to me. Up to now, my case still hasnt transferred.

does anyone have any advice on what i should do? I don’t get how guangzhou accepted the transfer request but auckland still hasnt transferred it. Im worried my case will get cancelled as it’s already 3 months since approval from uscis. I will not stop contacting both embassies until the transfer is successful and interview is scheduled.

should i contact my senator? Should i keep reaching out to both embassies?

thank you

I would.  Your Senator's office probably has an immigration liaison.
