How many times do we pay for fiance visa?

This question is mostly for those who have experience interviewing in Abu Dhabi embassy but answers from other countries are also welcome. My fiance will have her interview in Abu Dhabi next week and I was just wondering how many times do we have to pay the $265 fee for the visa. We completed the DS-160 and was prompted to pay $265 online. However, upon checking the instructions sent in the Welcome e-mail (N03), it says in there to bring $265 worth of cash to pay for the visa fee. Are these two separate payments or can we just bring a receipt for our online payment? Thank you for all your help!

There should be one single payment of MRV fee of $265 (often paid at local currency at draconian exchange rate) per visa, so unless there are K-2 (children) it should be only one payment.
