Kids over 21

My brother applied I 130 visa and it recently became current. My kids were under 21 when the case was filed but now they are over the age of 21. Can anything be done to take them along?

Do you mean you were petitioned as his sibling? If so, what is your Priority Date, when was the I-130 approved, and how old are your kids now?

Yes, as hus sibling. My priority date was 2007, it was approved in 2010. My kids are 22, 23 and 26 now

Would need exact dates to calculate it, so you'll need to check it yourself, just Google for an online CPSA calculator. 

 

Sounds like your youngest two will still qualify, possibly the eldest will have aged out though.
