I still haven't received an interview notice and have the ability to do an inquiry in a few weeks. Has anyone done this till now?

I'm wondering if I should reach out to my representative for help here. I have no clue what is going on.

I think it's still under 'normal processing'. I filed mine April 21st and haven't heard anything since, and in the same situation as you in having to wait. So that's all we really can do.

Do you have a pending I-751? I too had my interview (5 years GC, no I-751) two days ago and I am too waiting for oath ceremony scheduling.  I heard from the folks who interviewed in afternoon at my field office that they were then and there scheduled for oath next week. My myStatus estimate also changed from 3 weeks -> 4 weeks -> 2 months in the last 3 days. I know the estimate is a joke but still what does it show at your end?

No other application pending. I applied based on marriage. I had my interview in November and approved the same day (Chicago). Mine says it’s taking longer than usual but still within normal processing times.

Have you inquired the USCIS or written to your congressman?

I am excited to share that I passed my I-751/N-400 combo interview today!

For the I-751:
We had submitted a ton of evidence with the initial petition. The officer mentioned that he had had a chance to review the evidence and asked if there was anything we would like to add today. I said that I had brought updated bank statements, utility bills, etc and he declined. Then I remembered that I printed some photos just a few hours before we left for the airport and he got all excited to see those. We spent a good 5 minutes talking about the 9 photos.

He then noted that we bought a house in 2022 and asked how much we paid for it and how much we put down. We explained how we were able to put no money down and he seemed pleased with our answer.
He then went on to say that he sees no issue with our relationship and approved us right away.

On to N-400…

Started with the civics quesitons:

When was the declaration of independence adopted?
What are the two major parties?
What war was Eisenhower in?
When do we vote for President?
What is one right just for US citizens?
Why did the colonists come to America?

Reading:

How many Senators do we have?

Writing:
We have 100 Senators.

I should mention that I did find it very easy to use the stylus pen and to write on the tablet. I mentioned that to him and he said that most people that struggle with it put their entire hand on the table and that throws off the stylus. We had a good laugh.

He then went over some basic info, name, dob, spouse's name and dob, work, home and mailing addresses.

The only yes/no questions he asked were:

Have you ever registered to vote or voted?
Have you ever committed any crimes?
Do you support the form of government of the US?

He then asked the questions related to the oath.

Because of where we are, our field office tends to do same-day oaths for those traveling to Anchorage. For some reason the officers were surprised that we had come from Fairbanks so there was no oath ceremony scheduled today. However he accomodated us by swearing me in right then and there in his office. It means I missed out on a proper "ceremony", but honestly, fine by me!

Overall this was a pleasant experience, the whole thing took maybe 35 minutes. The officer was nice, but professional. Glad to be done with USCIS, good luck to everyone still waiting!
