I am still not getting answered what I ask. Do I have to resubmit my old evidence alongside my new and current ones? There is nothing listed on my notice under "You provided the following evidence that the marriage was entered in good faith."

Like it just moves on without listing what they already have from me.

Then, I would send EVERYTHING I have.....even if already sent.  This is your ONLY shot at this RFE.

You do not need to send the old previously submitted evidence. You can include a copy of the original cover letter ( if you have it) that lists the items …or write one up now .

What is NOID?

We have two affidavits (one from each side of the family) however not notarized, we had no idea it had to be. 😭

We don't have car insurance but hubby is included in my Food Stamps documents as well as medical assistance docs.

We have a lot of doctors notices with our addresses however we don't have the same doctors we see.

I have tax transcrips from 2019 to 2021 when I lost my job.

Neither of us have a driving license. :( Or a state ID.

I  will look for any other bits I can add.

Food stamps and medical assistance?   How are you able to support an immigrant if you’re under the poverty line?

We are going through financial struggle, but are very fortunate to receive help from family during these trying times.

Okay, I think you’ll get some scrutiny from that, especially if the immigrant is using means-tested benefits.

No the immigrant doesn't receive any benefits. Just me, the us citizen. Should I avoid those documents then?

I've been told that this was ok when I signed up for the benefits as well.

You need an affidavit from the family member(s) who are paying your utilities.  They should explain exactly what they cover, and what monthly sum you pay them to help pay them back.  It would also be good if they explain WHY they are doing this.  Also make sure your evidence is from the beginning of your marriage.

Will, living will, healthcare proxy?

These are important documents, not just for immigration, but in life.

Anyway you can move to an area with better employment opportunities?  Google your state+career center if you feel your spouse needs extra help; getting settled and finding employment would also create additional pieces of evidence, in case he needs to refile...

Best of luck to you two.

Get a life insurance for each of you from any insurance company today, those cheapest one is like $10-20 per month. Like if you have accident or die, your husband will be the beneficiary and vice versa. Told the insurance agent about your situation before getting the policy and make sure they can provide an informed letter today.

We did that with State Farm and the insurance agent just wrote an informed letter to prove we have life insurance policy for each other.

For affidavits letters, we did 4 letters with family and friends, and yes get them notarized today. You can easily get notarized service same day or come to home service so do not give up.

For photos, we sent with clear descriptions including date, location and who in the photos. Most of them are group pictures.

Our attorney did not put any previously submitted evidence in the RFE response. He only put the strongest and updated evidences in our response, especially the financial docs including joint bank statement, shared investment account, life insurance informed letters, notarized affidavit letters and photos etc.

if you are late for your RFE, put the evidence of your traveling together for 2 months and write a short and clear explanation letter with both of your signatures. We were late for our RFE and wrote the explanation letter to show we tried efforts.

RFE is pretty general in removing conditions, mostly to check your updates after long period and you do not need to panic.
