Hello

I find my fiancé about 4 months ago through the Internet for first time and we chat and calling about 3 month
and And we met each other about 1 month ago in the third country
I want to know can we apply for k1 visa ?
Because some website wrote you must meet each other for about 2 years and they wrote can't apply under 2 years , Is this real ?
For example we meet together about 4 month ago so can we apply for k1 visa ?

Please guide

Thank you

Yes

Yes.  The only rule for filing the I129F is you have physically met within two years of when you file the form.

Yes, you will be required to show evidence of face to face meeting, since you've met in "3rd country" it will likely require passport stamps through both of you. Remember most pictures do not show TIME, you need concrete evidence showing both of you at same place and at same time 2 years prior to submitting I-129F

Assuming you meet all of the eligibility requirements, you can submit a petition, yes.   Will you ultimately be successful getting the visa?   That’s dependent upon many other factors.
