Can I travel to Pakistan on expired Pakistani visa and valid NICOP. I have a green card

This is fun.

You posted that you had an expired Pakistani visa - obviously Pakistani citizens can't get visas. Hence the confusion. Your thread title and your first post were at odds with each other, that's all.

Mystery solved. Per OP previous post he is pending N-400 oath ceremony …but wants to go to Pakistan before completion. Risky move

What’s the source? I don’t have US passport yet

It won’t matter. Anyone that has an unexpired NICOP gets unlimited free entries to Pakistan. When you return to USA you will use your unexpired Permanent Resident card to get back to USA. Pakistan Passport is not needed to enter Pakistan.

Sounds a wonder document

No airline will board him without a passport.

So expired Pakistan Passport with valid NICOP is fine?

It’s not a wonder document. It’s same as DMV ID in US. Same way you can’t enter US with DL.

A US ID/DL will not get you on an international flight.

No, it's not a valid travel document. In the same way I couldn't get on an international flight to the US with just a valid green card and an expired UK passport.
