N400 application disappeared from USCIS portal

I applied on 4/6/2024 and got my interview notice on 4/15/2024. I went to log in today just to take a look, and it's not showing my application. It directs me to the home page as if I'm going to submit a new case. Is this normal to happen once you get an interview notice?

Nope.  I agree...maintenance.  Wife's N-400 case is missing.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

As said above dont panic. My N-400 is missing as well and my oath is less than two weeks away. There are probably doing maintenance on the weekend like any other gov site.

Yeah I went to the site where you type in your receipt number to check the status, and it came up with the most recent update, so I figured it's still in the system but freaked out a bit when I couldn't find my application haha!

This explains why I never seen this issue personally. I never checked status of application by logging in. Always using public status page not requiring to sign in.
