hi, i'm sure i'm in the wrong section but not sure where is the right one. anyhow, i went to uscis.gov today and i can't see how to get to my account details anymore. when i go my account/home all i see is a bunch of links to things like change address etc. before i would see all my open and closed cases and their current status. any idea where to find that now? thanks

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Well, I just noticed that our I-751 case is still there, but wife's N-400 case is gone.  That's odd.  I'm going to check it again in a few days.

Yesterday, I got a message saying an action was taken on my case. I went in my account and saw the updates.

Now I logged in after seeing your post and my account is blank. That is so weird. Hmm

It could be because of website maintenance, this happens frequently on weekends. I see many posts on Reddit from people who have the same issue.

Agree.  Probably just temporary database management.

Try again.  Wife's N-400 case has now reappeared as normal.

I think they are doing maintenance or something because my case was missing too but I saw it with no problem last night
