I purchased the Seven Up series from Amazon for hubby for Christmas. It's been driving me crazy having to wait a few more weeks before I'll be able to watch it. It's a documentary based on the saying "Give me the child until he is seven and I will give you the man." It follows the lives of 14 children starting at age 7, then every 7 years after that, up until age 49. I remember seeing it years ago when they had only reached age 21, I believe. It always drove me crazy that the series never came back on TV. Can't wait to finally see what happened!

I'm going to have a swiss mocha. We had a cold front move in during the night and it's only going up to 58 today.

We got Lost Season 3 this weekend and have been pouring over it all weekend (it stormed here in the North East this weekend).. SO.. we're only about 6 episodes from the Finale of Season 3!! :)

Sweet lordie lordy, have mercy on me.

I just finished catching up on every Heroes episode (within 3 weeks or so, with marathon nights of, "Oh just one more episode!"), and the same wonder-full friend who hooked me to that told me about Lost and highly recommended it to me.

I am in trouuuuuublllllllle.

:hehe:

SpiritAlight, I just noticed that your siggy says you have a custom designed ring.... WE WANT PICS!!!

It also says that your interview is this Friday! Whooo hoooo. Are you getting flutterbyes?

I'm dyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnng...........

Thanks for asking. :D

Pics huh?

I do not want to publish it and have some jeweler mass-manufacture the design.

Although I mustn't worry about such things; my taste is so eclectic, usually what I like is not popular.

Hee, hee.

an addicting game!! My record is 96.61 meters!!

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied, that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

Krikit, you have my deepest sympathy and condolences. I don't mean to pry but was it a sudden illness?

Spirit, you getting nervous? HA!

All you need to do is get Hiro to help you travel through time to December 22 so you can see yourself celebrating a successful interview.
