Beautiful picture em!

Good morning.

In theory our bbq is supposed to be delivered today. Don't think any bbqing will be taking place today though as, from online reviews I have read, it takes 2-4 hours to assemble

Oh I wish you luck with that one.. bah!!! Ours took 6-7 hrs (the instructions were wrong) and we were SO starving... I think it's the one time I saw hubby BEYOND frustrated.. oh man.. it was not good. We finally had meat at like 10pm or something! :P

Yes, it was delivered yesterday - it is still in the box awaiting someone to put it together - it probably won't be until the weekend. There is no way I would have planned on using it yesterday - that would kind of be like planning on making dinner yourself when you are painting the house

Well good morning all, nice sunny day here in Florida!

On the early show they are doing 5 decades in 5 days...it's pretty cute.

tee hee.. hubby and I found our stainless grill on a super deal at Target. I think it was like $30.00 (marked down from $250.00 or something rediculous! Anyway, we raced home and thought "we'll put it together and then have supper"

Morning all!! Happy Remembrance Day! ( I like that title better than Veterans day - Rem Day requires action)

Hope everyone has a lovely day. Don't forget to remember, not just at 11 a.m., but all day.

We have Hockey Center Ice now - so my Husband can watch the flames play, when they play in Calgary it's Canadian television - so all Canadian/Calgary commercials. So we have our own little piece of Calgary tv here

It was nice tonight as they always do the remembrance day thing at the beginning of the broadcast (on remembrance day of course!) - it was nice to see :)

My first day at work was okay. I sat around reading manuals all day, for the most part - no hands on training, unless you count the hour I spent at the front desk with the main receptionist. My friend tells me that they only made me read the manual because they put in a "do not spork yourself in face" clause there, and they want to make sure I read it so that I can't sue them later when it happens

Today I had the day off, but I somehow lost my work pass and key somewhere... and after backtracking my steps within a ten-mile radius I can't find 'em. My boss is going to be pretty unimpressed, or laugh. Either way, I'm completely kicking myself right now. :(

Bee - Devon PA, USA (he's the one who gave her the shiny ring)

I hate not having proper training before a job. And you know when you mess up in your first month they'll go: "#######" and all you will be able to do is sit there going: "I didn't know!"

mmm indeed Carla.. thanks a lot..

*sigh.. hubby & I had a big fight last night about politics.. *sigh. have to stop talking about politics..

At one point I thought he said something like "you make me feel like I've been brainwashed" and I said "do I?" and he said " no, I said I feel like sometimes you have been brainwashed"

That is the definition of a couple polarized by politics me thinks..

We won't be talking about politics for a while me thinks

You're welcome! I meant to type in a few more things, but I hit submit instead, then when I tried to edit, and add something, everything got hung up. I hate when that happens here. Seems like every morning here it does that!

Nini...ugh, make sure you check everywhere! Yes, your boss could be saying ugh as well...but I hope she laughs!

Sprailines, awesome joining the gym! Is is near you? If it includes a personal fitness eval and plan take them up on it! I'm looking for some structure in my physical exercise right now since biking is getting a little too cold. I take aquacise 1 x week, so I may bump that up to 3 x's a week. I love the water. I walk at least one mile a day, and was biking about 12 miles a week. On the weekend, Gene and I are hiking and doing geocaching at least one day for 1-5 miles. I need structure though, or my good intentions fall through. Best of luck on this venture!

Enjoy your day everyone!
