Hubby just called to ask if we want to sign up for the marathon in March. I haven't ran in 10 years. So he's going to do the half marathon and I'm going to the 5K. Something we can go together. I'm kind of looking forward to getting in shape and practicing.

This morning the candy was still there!!! Its now in the garbage!! If I kept it in the house, i would eat it, dont need that!!

I know all the robocalls are going out right now soliciting voters but we just received the dumbest call I have ever heard! The phone rings, I pick it up and the automated voice says "Hi, this is Ann and Joe the Plumber and we are calling in support of John McCain ----". I hung up at that point, but geeze - Joe the Plumber? Get real! This is so ridiculous it is downright embarassing.

I agree but then again look at what plumbers are associated with. :lol: If I hear Joe the Plumber again I'm gonna puke. Too bad, I kinda liked McCain before he hooked up with the lunatic fringe. First we have Cuban plumbers roaming around the Watergate and now we have Joe the Plumber, what is it with Republicans and their obsession with toilets. :wacko:
