Yeah, I read through that unfreakingbelieveable thread...the nerve! I figured you girls had already given the good dr an awesome Canadian thrashing so I decided to forego the Southern Miss thrashing. ;)

*sigh* I just don't get it lately with all the nastiness on VJ...is there something in the air???

Thanks for providing coffee for us yesterday morning charles...gosh, that was enough to supply ALL of VJ, not just the Canada Forum!

Gene and I had a sleep in yesterday...mmm was heaven. Today however, we were up at 4 am and I made him blueberry pancakes before he headed off to work. :luv:

I still need some coffee though, so made some more and thought I'd share! Enjoy your day.

No, he was not on vacation. He was for 2 days last week when we went on our float though! No, Tuesday night he had a terrible night...tossing and turning...lots of bizarre dreams...so when his alarm went off at 5 am, our usual rising, he shut it off and said he had to get some more sleep, and booked sick for the day. He's been there for 26 years and has hoards of sick time accumulated.

Carla, why do you guys have to get up at 4!!

We don't have to get up at four! We get up at 5 am usually, because Gene has to be at work by 6 a.m. and I like to get up with him to see him on his way, and I make his breakfast and lunch for him while he's getting ready. This morning, we just both woke up at 3:30 a.m. and had some snuggle time, then we thought, heck, we'll just get up! No sense trying to fall asleep and then be woken up by that darn alarm in an hour again!

We'll probably be in bed at 8:30 pm tonight.

I would think so! Even 5 am seems like a horrible time to have to get up
