Well Karen, that's kind of disappointing for you though, no doubt. I'm sure something else will come along and you will be saying WOW, glad I didn't get that other job :thumbs:

I hope so...but I also know things happen for a reason. There are a few positions open in the county we live in now and I've applied there as well. All I need to do is get the background permission signed and notarised. Either that or I'm seriously thinking of going back to school and brushing up on the drafting skills I had years ago, before I went into education.

I am kind of getting tired of the mentality some people have in the OT.... :wacko:

Oh I know what you mean...it's rare that I post anything in that particular OT...and IF I post anything, it's usually in a neutral thread. Which as you and I both know those threads are few and far between....and can most of the time become an outright flame war.

Yeah, sorry about that. Sometimes I just can't be bothered to be on the computer. Plus I was getting way behind in the things I needed to do here, so I decided to do that instead. I find once I log onto VJ I can't seem to leave it. :blink:

Is this true? You have to fill out a W9 to open a bank account?

Howdy from Calgary!! Weather has been cool (like +15 C as a high) but love it, soo much better than 100F with humidity!! And I'm chugging down tims,lol 0935 and I have already had 2 XL triple cream,lol had 3 on my first day,lol. Nice to see peope walking around the stores with their timmys,lol

Well, I didn't get the job. I was second in line though. I suppose that should be some consolation.
