I'm going back to chapter five of Eckhart Tolle's book and video.

I'm gonna throw some stuff out here that I have been studying lately.

Are you sitting comfortably?

Good.

Let's begin:

The Ego has this thing, it's called "me and my story".

You are hanging onto that story for whatever masochistic pleasure and attention that it gives you.

And then one day, you wake up and see it for what it is; something that is just a situation that has happened.

It's in the past.

If it is still here and now, then you can do something to change it.

Even if it is radical.

Even if it is to ignore it.

Even if it is just a tiny step in a different direction.

Get on the floor and do some breathing and stretching.

Get a massage.

Watch things melt away.

Trust me when I tell you I'm swimming in it!!!!!!

I do hope I have been able to express this well.
