On other news, Len the magnificent has a job interview next week, for a better position in my area. As for the barista gig, the owner is as organized as me, so no news on opening day or the like. B1tch - there go 3 weeks of my life I'm not getting back. I wanted to say Fkuc Her!!!!! but my mother in law convinced me to just drop her an email asking ####### is going on (without saying #######, which was kinda lame) which I did. I seriously do not think I want to work for her at all. She's a mess. wisdom, anyone????

Pheww...glad I wasn't fired for serving up that scary coffee yesterday! :( Here's a nicer cup (L) ...surely this can't be scary!

Training went REALLY well again yesterday! I have decided that one half day I'm going to do the Ombudsman's job, and another half day I'm going to do intervention and followup with victims of elder abuse. This should really round out my week! I'm going to shadow a buddy next week, then I'm on my own.

Congratulations Len on a new interview! You go get 'em sis! Let us know how this pans out.

How does everyone make those big exclamation marks? I like them! :)

Good morning everyone. Looks like I'm first up, so I'll put the coffee on.

I have a full day today. I am heading out to the hairdresser this morning, then it's off for a fun-filled day of shopping at my almost-favourite grocery store. I will also pick up some fresh bagels in my travels. It is raining here today, which is nice. We don't get enough rain here in my opinion. Now.... having said that.... this will probably turn into the wettest year in history and I will have to eat my words. <_<

I think I was posting the same time you were Crikey !!! I'm going for a haircut today as well. Then off to the used book store to see how many I can trade in at one time. I read about 5 books a week, and I'm running out of books !!!

I'm bringing my dog with me and we have all her vaccination records etc. I'm hoping it won't be a problem but I'm sure it won't..

Of course! Definitely bringing back LOTS of dill pickle chips. The trick will be in not eating them all as soon as I get them home... that would be so fattening.
