Hello everyone...I've been up and working on Krikit's astro stuff. Check email Krikit! I only looked at your charts, did not read all that personality stuff. That is for you.

Have not made coffee yet...just about to though.

Trailmix, that kitty is simply edible. Hahaha.

It's hard to get to breakie, coffee, etc. when one is easily distracted.

This house is fun to clean and organize at it 45 years old and has some "hidden" features.

Lots to get rid of, and lots to clean.

The doggie fur is everywhere...an aging golden retriever.

He is quite a character.

I cannot wait to get a cat or four. ;)

Does anyone need "tupperware"?

My sweetie can outfit half of the U.S.!

I'm putting boxes together of stuff to give, stuff to throw out and stuff to call the poison centre to see how to get rid of it.

Cleaning supplies and other dangerous chemicals.

Slowly slowly, I want to have only environmentally safe products in our home.

Well, except for plastic. Although I'd like to, who can get rid of it all??? :hehe:

Okay, must....make....coffee.....NOW.

:star:

Yes, Charleston is gorgeous! For so many reasons...

When I read about your water heater Laura I thought, sheesh was yesterday the 13th or something (I looked and of course it was).

I lost my diamond earring down the drain, it's the 2nd one I have lost that way, told husband I need diamonds big enough that they won't go down the drain (could get a drain catcher i guess haha). I hurt my tooth and didn't feel good all day. I'm happy it is Monday :hehe:

Oh and Charles I play the Sims as well, well I used to, got a bit tired of them but could pick them up again at any time!

Carla your trip sounds like a lot of fun

Oh the the little angel of a cat is being persnickety right now :sleepy:

Oh cool! Thanks! (F) I will go and take a look at that. I asked my hubby for the time he was born but he can't remember. Looks like I'll have to see if his Mom can.

That reminds me of when I moved down here. And when I used to visit. I would slowly organize the kitchen and weed out all the #######. I mean the non-essentials. :innocent: I think I sent the tupperware to your SO. When we moved into the house and all my belongings were delivered from Canada, I went crazy and eliminated a whole lot of his stuff. He tried not to be upset but he did crack a few times. He's a packrat and I hate clutter. And only one of us was going to win that war. Mind you, I did give in on a few things. I'm not completely heartless.

Ohmygosh, I've lost two diamond earrings and two diamonds from two different rings over the years. :crying: I still feel sick about it, as I'm sure you do too. So now I get my rings checked regularly. As for the earrings.... my husband gave me diamond earrings for Mother's Day last year because he knew I'd be heartbroken about not being with my Mom or my kids for the first time in forever. I had always told him I don't want real diamonds because I was scared I would lose them. But these ones are different. The post is like a finely threaded screw, and the backs wind on for maybe a million times so they don't fall off. You'd have to lose your entire earlobe to lose these puppies. You can get the jeweller to reset the stone to this new type..... when your husband goes to buy the replacement earring.

So last week my mom finds out that her bone marrow transplant may not have "taken" and we would have to wait for a set of results to confirm it.

She gets a call from her doctors today stating that December's test results are back and that the ratio of donor cells to her cells regressed even further.

Mild panic ensues.

15 minutes later Mom calls. The doctor read the test wrong -- the ratio is actually 2 to 1 (donor to recipient), instead of 1 to 2 -- because they reversed the order on the test printout.

Mild positive hysteria ensues.

10 minutes later I call to make sure the doctor is really sure she read it wrong. In the middle of that call the doctor calls.

Mild panic ensues again.

5 minutes later my mom calls back. The doctor called to tell mom that she ran the test results by the head of the transplant team to make sure she was right that she read the results wrong the first time. He confirms that the ratio is 2:1 and the planned bone marrow biopsy is now on hold until further notice.

Mild positive hysteria ensues again.

My head hurts. I need a stiff drink.
