I know there's no specific timelines and might not be able to compare, but wondering for anyone who had an interview in Jamaica and was put into administrative processing, how long did it take?

Husband had his interview April 16 and got 221g for missing document but they kept his passport. Missing document was sent in April 19.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

email the embassy and ask. Usually they take 21 days depending on category of visa and what is the document.   I have seen them process married visas in a shorter time than fiancé visas

It was a 221g for court document. And it's for a CR1 visa

He got DQ’d without it so it shouldn’t be a missing document. That’s strange

The consulate officer is the sole approval authority for all visas. ...not NVC

Got you. But isn’t the NVC responsible for reviewing documents and advising of missing required documents? If a police record says the person does not appear in the criminal database would there still be a need for court documents?

Based on what we went through the interviewing officer can definitely request it.
